Acts as a liaison between patient/family, employer and healthcare personnel to ensure necessary care is provided promptly and effectively. Being a Disease Management Case Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to documenting case progress, identifying health risks, and reporting the findings of the case study at appropriate intervals. Requires an associate's degree/bachelor's degree, and is licensed to practice nursing. Additionally, Disease Management Case Manager typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Overview
The Onsite Medical Professional (OMP) will serve as the site’s medical professional. The OMP will provide first aid treatment to injured employees, administer drug tests, participate in the workers’ compensation process, and take an active part in the onsite wellness programs. The OMP will play an integral role in the safety team onsite, helping to provide assistance with all of the safety and health needs.
The Onsite Medical Professional reports to the assigned supervisor. In the absence of a supervisor the position will report to the Medical Services Manager and/or the Assistant Medical Services Manager.
