JOB SUMMARY

Win Win Operations is seeking two highly qualified Distance Education Faculty Instructors for the U.S. Army War College’s Distance Education Program at Carlisle Barracks, PA. This role involves delivering high-quality academic instruction and evaluation in a blended learning environment that includes both online and resident phases. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge in strategic leadership, national security, military strategy, and related fields to enhance the educational offerings of the War College.

MAIN OBJECTIVES

• Develop and instruct four online Core Courses and two summer Resident Courses.
• Evaluate student performance in online forums, experiential activities, and resident seminars.
• Mentor International Fellows and provide additional support as necessary.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of course materials and curriculum.

SCHEDULE OF WORK

• The position follows the academic calendar from June through July, aligning with the DEP's second year studies.
• Instructors may need to travel to Carlisle for resident phases, with travel expenses covered.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE

• Primarily remote, with required presence at Carlisle Barracks, PA for resident phases of the curriculum.
• All services are Eastern Time based, regardless of the instructor's location.

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE

• Contract duration aligns with the academic year, including preparation and evaluation periods beyond active instruction phases.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years teaching experience at the graduate level, ideally within military or national security contexts.
• Proven ability to utilize Learning Management Systems effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• U.S. citizenship required; security clearance preferred but not mandatory.
