Our Learning and Development Department is looking for a Learning and Development Intern. The ideal Intern will work closely with the Learning and Development team and perform the following duties:
Job aid verification including branding and policy updates
Collaborate with L&D teammates and other SMEs to identify and create micro-learning options, as well as identify relevant content to include in career development paths
Admin duties including CommNet page updates/maintenance, assisting employees with BVS, and pulling reports for audits
Attend and participate in L&D team meetings and act as a back-up producer for retail and lending classes, Take 5, and Origin Insider
Research latest trends in training and development regarding design and best practices and share findings with team to identify potential areas/processes to enhance.
Qualifications/Skills (must possess the following):
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively on various projects
Ability to adapt quickly as new needs/projects arise, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
Detail-oriented
Working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Zoom and Canva knowledge is a plus.
Must have at minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA
