You’ll help manage the daily operations of a K-12 learning center, but the job is much more than that — you get to know parents and students and make a truly meaningful difference in the lives of families in your community.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Manage front end administrative office duties
• Hire, train, schedule and supervise part-time teachers
• Monitor center daily activity
• Review student programs and ensure academic achievement
• Instruct students
• Participate in local marketing activities to help grow the business

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4-year degree
• 1-2 years of management, customer service, sales or education preferred
• Outstanding communication skills a must
• Ability to work in at any pace needed and requires high levels of self-motivation!
• Valid state driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
