Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Distribution Manager to oversee our distribution operations. The Distribution Manager will be responsible for managing the movement of goods from our warehouse to various locations, ensuring efficient processes and timely deliveries. This is a critical role in our organization, requiring strong leadership skills and expertise in logistics and supply chain management.

Duties:
- Develop and implement distribution strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Oversee the entire distribution process, including procurement, warehousing, inventory management, and transportation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between departments
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Implement lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations
-Ensure attainment of Customer's KPIs and specific Quality benchmarks
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Supervise a team of warehouse personnel, providing guidance and support as needed
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and monitor order fulfillment
- Coordinate dispatching activities to ensure on-time deliveries

Skills:
- Proven experience in distribution management, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of lean & GMP principles and experience implementing process improvements
- Knowledgeable of FDA & FMSA guidelines in management, and inventory control
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, Six Sigma and best practices
- Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
