Cannabis Territory Sales Manager

We're looking for a Sales Associate to drive sales and cultivate relationships in the exciting world of cannabis.

Job Description,

• Position our solutions, drive account growth, and expansion
• Represent the company, close business, build strategic partnerships
• Provide value through knowledge of the cannabis industry and our solutions
• Execute, sales strategies, engage in meaningful impactful relationships
• Complete all field admin tasks without reminders

Responsibilities:

• Identify target, qualify potential clients, dispensaries, and distributors in the cannabis market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
• Present and promote our high-quality cannabis products and solutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales materials and campaigns.
• Track sales performance and provide regular reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cannabis or related industry.
• Cannabis insights and experience, understanding of products and benefits
• Excellent communication skills verbal, and written
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Compliance with all legal and ethical standards in the cannabis industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

with OTE (On Target Earnings): $100,000 per year
