Distribution Center Supervisor supervises daily planning, organizing, and operations of a distribution center. Oversees one or more of the distribution center functions, including order processing, picking, packaging, shipping, and receiving. Being a Distribution Center Supervisor monitors inventory levels to ensure sufficient levels to fulfill all orders. Balances workloads as needed to achieve production and delivery goals for each shift. Additionally, Distribution Center Supervisor utilizes software, data, and analytics to optimize operations, track production metrics, and anticipate and resolve problems. Provides the necessary equipment, tools, and training to staff to ensure safe, secure, and efficient operations. Complies with all OSHA and other regulations, policies, safety procedures, and documentation requirements. Typically requires an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Distribution Center Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Distribution Center Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Your objective will be to understand customer requirements, address queries, and guide them towards suitable product solutions. Armed with comprehensive knowledge of our product offerings, you will navigate customers through our catalog, highlighting key features and benefits to aid their decision-making process.

    Moreover, as a Sales Representative, you will be integral to ensuring a seamless customer journey from initial inquiry to order fulfillment. This entails liaising with internal teams such as technical support and logistics to address customer needs promptly and accurately. Your ability to collaborate effectively across departments will be critical in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving overall customer satisfaction.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls and live chat inquiries from potential and existing customers.
    • Engage with customers to understand their needs, address queries, and guide them through Monster Transmission’s products, services, and active promotions.
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their value proposition.
    • Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer needs.
    • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, preferences, and transactions using our CRM system.
    • Guide customers through the sales process, providing detailed information, and assisting with the selection of the most suitable products/services.
    • Assist customers with order placement, payment processing, and other transactional activities.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
    • Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to share insights, best practices, and contribute to a positive team culture.
    • Return voicemails from customers.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities Required:

    Preferred and/or Required Experience:

    • 1 year of experience in a fast-paced administrative or customer service role preferred.
    • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or customer support.
    • Previous experience with a Customer Relationship Management (C.R.M.) system preferred.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite preferred.

    Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

    Must be able to work in a standard office setting, and to use office equipment, including a computer. The concentration to maintain excellent attention to detail despite interruptions. The strength to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Must be able to communicate in person and/or over the phone and sit/stand for extended periods of time.
