The Fred Beans Parts distribution center is looking for a third shift supervisor! Our mission is to always be the industry leader in automotive parts sales and distribution. We provide prompt solutions to our customers, utilizing our experienced team. Hours 10:00PM to 6:30AM

What You'll Do:

• Assist in running assigned zones for all materials and area assigned.
• Train and provide guidance to employees
• Manage fulfillment needs of daily production schedules and any schedule revisions for materials within zones of responsibility.
• Track and input of metrics for assigned zone.
• Execute and maintain acceptable performance standards for fulfillment, quality, safety, and housekeeping
• Assist in identifying areas of improvement and support proper implementation.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure all company equipment is used properly

Skills necessary to be successful in the role include;

• Warehouse experience preferred
• Organizational skills
• Ability to work within a fast pace working environment
• Able to lift 35 lbs regularly/50 lbs maximum
