Pequod Distribution is the Wisconsin Premium Craft Beer, Cider and Mead Distributor and is looking for a Full Time Sales Representative in the Madison area.

Professional Skills

This position will be responsible for maintaining current customers, opening up new sales accounts/territories, selling all brands in our portfolio, setting up events, building relationships, merchandising and being a complete team player.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

· HS education/diploma

· 1-2 years of prior selling experience

· Prior distributor experience recommended

· Valid driver's license with clean driving record

· Proficient in MS Office products

· Beer experience is a plus

· Ability to pass a background check

· Merchandise, stock, rotate products and build displays in customer account

· Must be able to lift 40lbs and move 165lbs, as needed.

Physical Requirements

· Must be able to lift, move, carry, push and pull up to 40 pounds on a regular basis and up to 160 pounds on an occasional basis

· Ability to sit for long periods of time while driving

· Ability to twist, turn, crouch, stoop, and squat repeatedly throughout the workday

Pay: Base Salary w/ commission, monthly gas stipend, and expense account
