IT Operator, 2nd Shift:

Seeking an IT Operator to join our rapidly growing Team. Reporting to our Director of IT. This role would-be entry-level IT Operator preferably someone who has previously worked at a Convenience store or Sales environment. This position helps support our dynamic and fast paced warehouse, but still allows for growth in a supportive environment.

As an IT Operator you will be responsible for internal and external Inquiries via email, phone and face-to-face. The successful candidate must have basic knowledge with Microsoft word/excel, Superior Communication and writing skills You must have the ability to be highly efficient in the days work given. This position is a great opportunity to gain experience in the fast-paced world of distribution. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, recognizes attention to details and is willing to accept new challenges.

Schedule Sunday through Thursday 3pm until 11pm, Full Time 40-45 hours per week

• Associates Degree, IT Tech School Graduate, or 3-4 years equivalent experience in a related information technology position.
• Ability to understand basic computer/network concepts and terms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
• Experience troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, printers, and sales rep/customer handheld scanners
• Experience as IBM AS400 Operator a plus
• CompTIA A Certification
• CompTIA Network Certification
• Excellent problem solving.
