Distribution Director manages and deploys the operational strategy, business processes, and systems for overall distribution operations, including order fulfillment, warehousing, inventory management, and transportation. Communicates and monitors production measurement metrics and sets performance targets at the team and individual level for all distribution-related functions that align with company objectives and are within regulatory guidelines. Being a Distribution Director utilizes data-driven analytical tools and systems to continuously monitor operations, identify inefficiencies, and develop optimization strategies. Troubleshoots and resolves escalated operational issues. Distribution Driver
Distribution Driver Responsibilities:
· Unloading and loading of products on and off box trucks and in and out of stores
· Follow routes and time schedules
· Fulfill administrative needs, such as office pickups
· Establishes and maintains outstanding relations with customers
· Reviews placement of merchandise, follows safety and lifting protocols during deliveries and conducts safety reviews of vehicle, pallets and surrounding areas
· Assist in general warehouse work.
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:
· Must have a valid driver's license
· Must be able to pass a criminal history background and drug test
· Must be able to pass a non-CDL behind the wheel skills test
· Must be able to work on feet all day, lift up 30-40 lbs. occasionally overhead
· Ability to work quickly and methodically
· The ability to concentrate while doing repetitive tasks
· The ability to follow instructions
· Good driving record
· Work well as a team with high integrity
