Job Title: Warehouse Picker, Packer & Shipper

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Warehouse Pickers, Packers & Shippers. This multifaceted role is integral to our warehouse operations, requiring individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing various tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

• Picking: Accurately locate and select items from inventory using pick lists or digital scanning devices, ensuring the correct quantity and quality of items are retrieved.
• Packing: Carefully pack selected items into appropriate containers, utilizing packaging materials as necessary to prevent damage during transit.
• Shipping: Prepare shipments for outgoing orders, including selecting appropriate shipping methods, generating shipping labels, and arranging pickups with carriers.
• Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections to verify the quality and condition of picked and packed items, addressing any discrepancies or issues as needed.
• Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, including restocking shelves, conducting cycle counts, and reporting any inventory discrepancies.
• Documentation: Ensure all shipping documents, including packing slips and invoices, are accurately prepared and included with outgoing shipments.
• Communication: Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks, prioritize orders, and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment, including proper handling of materials and equipment.

Requirements:

• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking, packing, and shipping items to ensure the correct products are delivered to customers.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry packages weighing up to [insert weight] pounds for extended periods.
