Culver Franchising System, LLC., is adding an innovative, big-picture oriented Director of Distribution & Logistics role to our leadership team. This role is responsible for defining and leading the overall supply chain distribution and logistics network strategy for our Culver’s restaurant franchise system. They will manage the distribution provider relationships and measure their success, and will lead the distribution team on identifying freight cost efficiencies while maximizing effectiveness of the distribution processes to enable the growth and success of the Culver’s brand.

If you are someone who:

• has 10 years of experience in logistics and/or distribution experience, or equivalent combination of experience and education (Bachelor’s degree in related field), including 5 years as a people-manager
• has food service logistics experience
• possess a strong understanding of inventory control practices, material handling, 3PL logistics and shipping processes
• has strong interpersonal skills
• is willing to travel up to 25% of the time
• would enjoy the opportunity to work with a growing brand and business
