Being a Distribution Director utilizes data-driven analytical tools and systems to continuously monitor operations, identify inefficiencies, and develop optimization strategies. Troubleshoots and resolves escalated operational issues. Additionally, Distribution Director ensures all operations adhere to industry safety protocols and comply with OSHA, DOT, or other governmental regulations. May require a bachelor's degree. You will mostly work remotely at your own desk, so you can make yourself at home. You will work with a computer (monitor, keyboard, mouse, etc.) for a good portion of your day, and you should be able to sit comfortably. Feel free to stretch your legs when you need to, we don’t mind.
