Oversees and directs the activities of the Off-Site Record Center (ORC), distribution warehouse, mailroom and couriers. Oversees the daily activities pertaining to the receiving, storage, distribution, issuing, transporting and replenishment of supplies, linen and archived records within the organization. Coordinates the work of the Clerk II and Clerk IV Material Handlers responsible for those distribution related functions to ensure all daily needs of the organization are met, participates in the analysis, design, development and facilitation of logistical efforts and integrates best practices. Oversees the hospital copy center and assists with forms management. Assists with the copier fleet management, linen and freight bill reconciliation and inter-org transfer requests for products. Works in coordination with the other Supply Chain leaders on projects as needed.
