We are currently recruiting an experienced Distribution Account Manager based in Germany who will work across the DACH region reporting into our Partner Sales Director.

What To Expect:
We are currently recruiting an experienced Distribution Account Manager to take ownership of managing and delivering on all business through assigned distribution partners and distribution-managed partners in the region. You will have direct responsibility for the management, development and success of the assigned distributor and their partners in region, while working closely with the local Channel and End-User sales teams. You Will Make an Impact By:
 

• Building productive and profitable working relationships with strategic end users, partners and distributors.
• Being responsible for revenue and demand forecasting, account planning, project planning, and other sales tasks to grow financial objectives.
• Providing information and reports to advise management of sales progress and success.
• Coordinating with sales contributors to assess market opportunities and developing business plans to meet revenue objectives.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:
 

• Professional account management experience selling enterprise networking and wireless technologies across the region.
• Track record of success in sales, account management and revenue development within the networking or telecoms industry. In-depth sales experience within a channel sales environment.
• High degree of motivation and integrity with strong organizational, project management, negotiation, change management, problem solving and process management skills. Ability to influence others.
• Excellent vertical market and industry knowledge.
• An existing network of contacts within the industry, end users, distributors and channel partners.
• Fluent English and German language skills.
• Ability to travel as required.
