EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Required:
- HS Diploma of GED equivalent
- Must have a valid Colorado Driver's license.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective: Manage all operations for one or more district stadiums. Oversee event coordination. Provide staff supervision game workers with directions and instructions. Assist with concessions and assist with providers of concessions. Provide maintenance and operation of score board and sound system. Provide leadership, effective problem-solving and crisis management, as needed. Develop and promote good community relations among various school and community clientele. Responsibilities may vary at different stadiums/facilities.
Essential Functions: Set up and opening of all stadium facilities used for that event prior to teams arrival. Regular inspection of facilities, grounds, Turf/fields, and equipment to ascertain repair and maintenance needs. Provide directions for visiting schools, fans and officials before and after games. Take down and lock up all facilities after the event has concluded. Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with administration and coaches of teams home or visitors.
Additional Qualifications:
- Must be able to perform crisis management , call for emergency services and assist emergency personnel as needed.
- Frequent standing, walking, squatting and climbing up and down stairs.

- Knowledge of weather and safety guidelines for various sports.
