Do you have solar sales experience, but haven't found a company you can settle down and build with yet?
Saga is committed to creating an environment that helps you do what you enjoy every day (leading teams and developing reps) and less of the busy work (recruiting and project management) that normally steals 80% of your time as a Solar Manager.
We know how those "extra" responsibilities limit your ability to grow your team. They hold you back from building the caliber of office you know you can, so we handle them for you.

Are you tired of feeling like a supporting character in someone else's story?
Like the potential you see in yourself is trapped following a path set by others?
You're not alone...
Too many jobs purposely suppress your ambitions so you can work hard building someone else's dream. But that chapter ends now…
It's time to expect more– both from yourself and from the organization you dedicate your talents to. No more playing it safe in the background.
Your Future.Your Saga.
At Saga Solar, you're not just an employee. You're the main character. Choose your path, master your story, and we'll help you take control of your professional journey for good.
Your Role
Not a Desk Job: As a District Manager at Saga, you'll get all the support you need to grow your Connecticut Solar Sales team, so you can finally scale your success across the North Eastern Region.
You Sell, Everyone Wins: Help train and manage new team members, be a mentor, and grow your team, all while making a great paycheck for yourself. A win-win-win-win (unlike many sales positions).
Achievable Targets: We will help guide you in setting clear and concrete goals so you'll never second-guess your success again.
Your Challenge
Selective Excellence: This role isn't easy and the position isn't for everyone. You'll succeed if that feels like a fun challenge, if you can handle the freedom and responsibility of a commission-based role, and if you love helping new reps grow their careers from the ground up.
Daily Commitment: Unlike typical sales jobs, this isn't a 9-5 where you’re watching the clock until it’s time to go home. Every day is an opportunity to learn, to grow, and to create a future for you and your team that you’ll be proud of.
Exclusive Team: As a growing company, we're careful about who joins our team. This is even more critical for managers. You're the average of the 5 people you surround yourself with, so we aim high and expect the same from you. This is more than just another solar sales job – it’s a chance to be part of a winning team.
Your Experience
Experience Necessary: Have managed door-to-door sales and marketing teams in the past. Being coachable is critical. Things change, industries change. At Saga Solar we are implementing a new style of representatives that will pave the path to a unique sales organization that will then branch out into different industries.
Recruiting: We recruit for you, that way you can focus on being the mentor and trainer new reps need, instead of spending your days making recruiting calls.
Personalized Training: Enjoy one-on-one training and mentorship from our executive team, who has experience growing some of the biggest and most respected companies in the industry. To grow the way we want to, we need leaders who are all-in. And when you're all in, so are we.
Your Money
Bi-weekly Commission-Based Pay: Average earnings for our entry level rep role is $156,000 . Managers should be making double this number. We believe that great pay for reps leads to a hungrier and faster-growing company. We want to give you all the tools to grow your office.
Realistic Expectations: While we won’t promise unrealistic figures, our top entry level rep's 2023 earnings were over $300,000 , to show new hires what’s possible with dedication. We are committed to providing the same level of support to help every rep reach their financial goals and as a manager, it's your job to lead the charge on this mindset.
Your Time
Better Hours: 11:15am-7:15pm
Flexible and Ambitious: Want to press fast forward on your goals? The more you invest in becoming an expert, the faster you'll become an expert. Science.
Dynamic Culture: Thrive in a lively, energetic work environment with regular social events that make work feel like community.
Is This Your Saga?
Saga will open three new offices in 2024...
Will you finally find the company who will help you turn into the leader you know you can be?
Do you want an solar sales organization to gives you all the resources you need, instead of false promises?
There is no shortage of upward mobility if you're prepared to step up, embrace the challenge, and drive your own success.
If you're ready to choose your own path, we want to hear from you.
