To ensure the following are accomplished effectively and efficiently:
Maximum wholesale/retail sales of Kia vehicles to achieve annual objectives. Implement KUS sales & marketing policies, procedures and operating standards to ensure program(s) compliance.
Provide dealer assistance in the development of effective advertising/merchandising plans & sales promotion. Train dealership sales personnel in the areas of sales & product knowledge to maximize Kia retail sales and customer satisfaction. All Kia dealerships portray a consistent, high-quality image in the marketplace, properly utilizing Kia dealership identification, point-of-sale displays, and vehicle inventory displays. Dealer development actions completed, including new dealer proposals, replacements, buy/sells, terminations and ownership changes. All Kia dealerships are profitable, sufficiently capitalized and maintain adequate floor plan lines of credit to meet KUS's operating standard. Qualified dealership management is provided to maintain average or above average market share.
1st Priority - 35%
Wholesale/allocate new Kia vehicles
2nd Priority - 35%
Develop and implement action plans with dealers that will improve/assure: a. Kia retail sales performance; B. Sales satisfaction of customers; c. Adherence to Kia dealership operating standards.
3rd Priority - 10%
Coordinate dealer expansion efforts by: a. Identifying market representation needs; b. Prospecting for qualified dealer candidates; c. Evaluating dealer candidate proposals; d. Making dealer appointment recommendations.
4th Priority - 10%
Ensure dealer maintains the following to maximize Kia presence in each dual or exclusive dealership: a. Effective showroom display; b. Vehicle inventory display; c. Point-of-sale display; d. Traffic control systems; e. Merchandising activities; f. Advertising programs.
5th Priority - 10%
Recommend corrective dealer action when dealer fails to meet sales, financial and customer satisfaction forecasts.
Pay Range
$76,535 - $123,925
Pay will be based on several variables that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, etc.
