    Description

    Position Summary:

    A District Manager is a multi-site position, responsible for all operational aspects of locations assigned to, such as recruiting, leading, motivating and developing a team of Site Managers to ensure performance targets are achieved.  Additionally, you will be responsible for driving the growth of car wash and detail sales for the list of stores assigned.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Manages the business and daily operations of multiple sites to achieve company goals
    • Drives quality and exceptional customer service standards
    • Accountable for satisfactorily resolving customers concerns and complaints
    • Supports recruiting, hiring and retention efforts for all sites
    • Promotes a safe and positive work environment while effectively executing and enforcing safety policies
    • Growth and Development of the management and supervisor team
    • Ensures the site operates in compliance with all OSHA requirements, applicable laws, regulations and company policies
    • Monitor, control and budget for chemicals, utilities and equipment repairs/replacement
    • Maximize speed for processing vehicles at the wash and detail center through training and standards of performance
    • Manage PMP (Preventative Maintenance Program) while increasing car counts and minimizing downtime
    • Attends all training, meetings and relative events
    • Control and document employee discipline and coaching

     

    Frequently working conditions

    • Exposed to loud noise, wet and/or humid conditions (not related to weather)
    • Exposed to outside weather conditions, severe cold, hot, humid.
    • Exposed to work around fumes, airborne particles and chemicals
    • Continually working near moving mechanical parts
    • Required to lift/push/carry more than 50lbs
    • Perform HR functions such as employee performance and merit evaluations

    • Minimum of 3 years of Car Wash and Detailing industry, 5 years preferred
