We are looking for Sales/Branch Manager Trainees to expand our already rapidly growing company. RJS Roofing & Construction plans to open 7 new branches around the Atlanta metropolitan area in the next 6 months, and we need you (if you are a great listener, and highly motivated person) to help us move forward as quickly as possible.
To be successful in this role, you must have a great attitude and a strong work ethic. You will be trained from day one to become a branch manager in 3 to 5 months. This training will be comprehensive and require you to meet and exceed expectations from day one. You will be challenged on a daily basis to become the leader you know you can be! Once you are trained, you will be able to hire, train, and maintain an elite sales force, order materials, schedule crews, and much more. Sales/Branch Managers will make a MINIMUM of $100,000 per year, with bonuses and incentives that will increase your earnings potential to $250,000 per year.
As a Sales/Branch Manager trainee, you will have to be okay with making an average of $750/week during your 3-5 months of training. Remember, on the other side of your hard work during training which will last less than 6 months, is a guarantee of 6 figure income, with a vast array of bonuses and incentives that will put you in an elite position financially, and provide you a rewarding career with a great company!
