The District Manager reports directly to the Director of Operations in their region. They must be business-minded, own all aspects of restaurant standards, performance & training and contribute to a culture of restaurant excellence by modeling Kansas King Inc.’s mission, purpose, and values.
Job Summary: The District Manager is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader as they are responsible for all restaurant’s performance and results in their district of five (5) to ten (10) locations. The position leads, improves and sustains operating results that strengthen our mission, build sales, drives profitability, and improves the restaurant experience for our guests and team members. They will be skilled at providing timely, constructive, clear, and actionable feedback to recognize successes and improve performance.
