District Technical Service Manager manages an organization's technical customer support policies, objectives, and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have no less than 5 years of progressive residential property management experience with proven oversite responsibilities for 1300 units. Must be willing to travel 75% of the time to locations that are within 2 hours or less of each other.
The most appealing candidates will possess outstanding communication skills, ability to lead and coach and a willingness to uphold the policies, procedures and guidelines set by NPMA, Inc. and see the importance of coordinating information flow between site level management and our corporate office.
