Calendar Clerk

Location : Cerritos, CA

Pay Range : $28 to $36 per hour

Position Type : Full-Time, Direct Hire, Onsite

LHH is partnering with a national law firm in seeking a detail-oriented Calendar Clerk to join their team in Cerritos, CA.

The ideal candidate is well-versed in heavy calendaring, has exceptional organizational skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Efficiently schedule court appearances and depositions with precision.
• Create a variety of legal documents, including letters, emails, notices, basic pleadings, and more.
• Responsible for calendaring, managing attorneys' schedules, appointments, deadlines, and alerts.
• Establish effective communication channels with opposing counsel, court clerks, experts, and vendors.

Qualifications :

• Prior experience as a calendar clerk or similar. Litigation / Legal Assistant experience is a plus.
• Strong command of computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Exceptional organizational capabilities, adept at juggling multiple tasks concurrently.
• Proficient communication to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
• Familiarity with e-filing protocols in both state and federal jurisdictions is a plus
