Implements tools and reporting used for planning, forecasting, monitoring, and decision support. May require a MBA. Typically reports to a director. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget.     6. Compliance and Regulation:

    - Identify process gaps and develop and document go-forward processes.

    7. Financial Reporting:

    Qualifications:


    - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field (Master's degree is often preferred).

    - Relevant work experience in budget analysis, financial planning, or healthcare finance.

    - Strong knowledge of healthcare finance regulations and compliance requirements.

    - Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, budgeting software, financial modeling).
