Incorporates past financial results into budget development. Additionally, Division Budget Manager monitors and analyzes performance against budgets. Implements tools and reporting used for planning, forecasting, monitoring, and decision support. May require a MBA. Typically reports to a director. The Division Budget Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. GTEC is hiring a self-motivated Division 9 Construction Estimator/Project Manager with experience coordinating multiple tasks at once. The successful candidate will bid then run projects from the office and on-site to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He/she will coordinate with Division 9 trades, as necessary, to ensure every aspect of that portion of the project is running smoothly by use of predeveloped project schedules. We are looking for a creative and dedicated individual who will fit with our collaborative culture. The job requires some overtime hours, especially during spring, summer and fall months as well as traveling, including out of state.
