Description (objectives of the position):
This position reports to the Dosimetry Supervisor within the Quality Department. The Quality & Document Control Coordinator will provide technical support in daily activities and projects in collaboration with other Departments. The main responsibilities of this position are to support the QC Documentation and other reports (daily, weekly or monthly) as per QC Standard & clients- government requirements, as well as to perform Internal and ISO audits, document design change notice, Non-Conformance Reports Logs (NCR), Request for Inspection Records, Quality and other procedures changes, Work Instructions design & changes, etc. Other important activities of the Quality & Document Control Coordinator Position pertain to Dosimetry and Food Safety, including the calibration of equipment, daily inspections, document control, crosschecks, and training among other tasks. This position supports Dosimetry in the design and treatment of different commodities in accordance with Electronic Cold-Pasteurization methodology.
