Summary:

Analyzes information and works within guidelines as required by management; Ensures accuracy in department level application; Provides support to related departments and Management.

Responsibilities:

• Gathers data and information; analyzes and interprets based upon established criteria; creates statements, summaries and/or reports accordingly
• Coordinates ongoing projects, monitors deadlines associated with each project, and reports the status as needed
• Performs leadership roles in an informal manner, and is able to make non-personnel decisions in absence of the departmental Supervisor or Manager
• Communicates with internal and external customers and provides necessary assistance and information
• Represents the Company or department in inter-company or third party meetings, discussions and inquiries
• Recommends changes to policies, systems or reports that may improve overall performance of the department
• Uses related software packages for management reporting and analysis
• Interprets policy based upon established criteria and related guidelines
• Completes other duties, including special projects, as assigned by management

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience

Skill Requirements:

• Demonstrated expertise with Word, Excel, and other MS Office suite applications
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to research and resolve issues 
• Good understanding of intra-department functions and operations
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
