Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Control Adminstrator to join our team. The Document Control Adminstrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining all company documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, technical writing abilities, and experience with document management systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the coordination and maintenance of the project document control process on site
- Ensure accurate storage and submission of project documentation
- Assist in obtaining the necessary approvals on project documents
- Support customer documentation requirements
- Organize all project documentation generated by Ventcon and its subcontractors
- Distribute documentation to the necessary personnel in a timely manner
- Assist in the on-site printing of all drawings
- Provide miscellaneous administrative support to management as requested and other department administrative roles
- Collect for approval and maintain a record of time off requests
- Schedule meetings and assist with meeting set up
- Conform to company Quality, Environmental, and Safety policies, any environmental laws, regulations, standards, and other requirements such as permits to operate.
