Document Imaging Operator operates document imaging equipment to create electronic files or archives. Prepares documents for scanning, scans documents, and verifies quality of digital images. Being a Document Imaging Operator indexes and stores images according to organization guidelines. Troubleshoots and makes adjustments to equipment when necessary. Additionally, Document Imaging Operator typically requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Document Imaging Operator possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Scheduled Hours:
Monday-Friday: 8am-4:30pm
Saturdays: May be scheduled based on production need
**Flexibility is required in this position, as there may be times where this position will stay a bit after their scheduled "out" time to ensure all work is batched and taken into scanning.**
