Document Imaging Operator jobs in Nashville, TN

Oversee and manage engineering drawings to support capital project development and implementation.

This position can be located at either our Nashville, TN or Chicago Heights, IL location.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop/create drawings
• Standards development and management
• Document Control

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma/GED Required
• Associates Degree in Computer Aided Design and Drafting preferred
• 3-5 years experience in Computer Aided Design and Drafting

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Working knowledge of AutoCad to create 2D and 3D drawings. Typical drawings:
  • General Arrangements
  • Piping Plans
  • Process Flow Diagrams
  • Piping and Instrument Diagrams
  • Electrical One Lines
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and hand sketches
• Good verbal/written communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools, including MSWord, Outlook and Excel

Environmental and/or Physical Requirements

• Constant office work
• Seldom standing
• Rare lifting (up to 20 lbs), squatting, climbing, bending, plant field visits
• Never operates mobile equipment, operates heavy equipment, temperature changes
