Position Overview & Description
Do you enjoy following instructions and producing polished work? Does a routine workday help you stay focused? If so, this job will be a great fit for you. We are looking for a methodical, team-oriented problem solver. This is an in-office position with our paper-based services department. Your days will be spent printing or scanning documents along with processing electronic files. Our services are used by law firms as a part of the discovery process in a lawsuit. This is a fast-paced industry where no two days are alike.

This position is located in our New York office. This is an in-person only position.

Experience, Qualifications, Requirements

• Operation of photocopy and scanning machines
• Printing and assembly of large-scale projects
• Transferring data via disks, flash drives, hard drives, and FTP etc.
• Working with oversized images
• Deadline management
• Making sure tasks are finished to perfection

• Problem solving

Preferred:

· Experience with Law PreDiscovery or IPRO

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift and move up to 35-pound document boxes.
• Vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision
