Clover Leaf Solutions, Inc. is looking for an experienced Document Control Professional to join our growing team in West Milton, NY. The Document Control Professional will be a full-time hybrid position, and be responsible for the maintenance and administration of the Kesselring Sites Electronic Document Libraries of manuals, instructions, and reference documents to support our Navy training mission.
What You Will Do:
Work with document owners to ensure configuration management through document change processes.
Review and edit documents to ensure quality and compliance with applicable standards.
Lead and participate in projects to improve our document control processes and make documents more accessible for increased efficiency and improved user experience.
Qualification:
Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum of 1-5 years of relevant experience
Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE L Security Clearance, which includes U.S. Citizenship
Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Outlook, etc.)
Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Professional, Bluebeam Revu, or similar PDF editing software
Strong PC skills and experience with a variety of publication software and markup languages desired, including XML, SGML, MS Word, and PDF
Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint (site ownership, page design, lists and libraries, etc.)
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the aptitude to communicate effectively to the team and external stakeholders
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience working in a team environment
Desired Qualification:
Additional training, certification, and/or education is desirable.
