Document Imaging Operator operates document imaging equipment to create electronic files or archives. Prepares documents for scanning, scans documents, and verifies quality of digital images. Being a Document Imaging Operator indexes and stores images according to organization guidelines. Troubleshoots and makes adjustments to equipment when necessary. Additionally, Document Imaging Operator typically requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Document Imaging Operator possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area.     Responsibilities

     

    • Develop and implement document control processes, procedures, and requirements for the Engineering Department
    • Manage access to engineering and technical data to ensure internal and external compliance
    • Update and maintain revision database for engineering related documentations
    • Enforce document control requirements and rules for different projects and customers
    • Review engineering change request orders

     

    Job Qualifications

     

    • Minimum educational level: Bachelor's degree in technical or business management related field 
    • Experience in document control, project coordinating, engineering, quality or management a plus
    • Working experience of Microsoft Office, especially excel
    • Ability to read technical prints.


    Benefits

    Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 per year
