The Document Imaging Administrator performs detailed-oriented document imaging duties including document preparation, scanning, and indexing. This position requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills to review, sort and scan all incoming mail. This position exists to categorize and prioritize electronic documents for ICW departments and teams accurately and efficiently. This position handles work functions pertaining to records capture, retention, and maintenance and completes priority projects. This highly impactful position directly contributes to ICW’s timely processing of insurance claims.
This position requires working onsite Monday - Friday.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Performs document imaging duties including sorting, scanning, distributing, and processing mail and documents.
Performs additional duties in support of Corporate Services department.

Office environment – no specific or unusual physical or environmental demands and employees are regularly required to sit, walk, stand, talk, and hear. Must be able bodied and able to lift 40lbs or more.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position operates in an office environment and requires the frequent use of a computer, telephone, copier, and other standard office equipment.
COMPENSATION
The hourly range listed for this position, $21.46 to $33.84 is exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. If hired at ICW Group, your final salary compensation will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and/or education. In addition, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer. We typically do not hire towards the maximum of the range in order to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a substantial benefits package outlined below.
