REPORTS TO: Project Executive

POSITIONS SUPERVISED: None  

TRAVEL REQUIRED: 0-5%

WORK SCHEDULE: Day Shift

SALARY RANGE: $20 - $22/hour

POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for organizing and coordinating project documents and conducting administrative work to support project teams.  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Manages and maintains external document collaboration site, project contact directory, submittal logs, drawings, requests for information, and specifications for assigned projects.  
• Facilitates vendor contracts from insurance to final project execution.  
• Acquires and maintains approved certificates of insurance in addition to Builder’s Risk insurance.    
• Obtains and tracks company and subcontractor certified payroll reports.
• Collects and assembles closeout documentation to turn over to the client at project completion.  
• Assists the project team with administrative work including, but not limited to, creating folders, running weekly reports, and printing large sets of drawings.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or any combination of education or professional experience that would meet the responsibilities listed above.  
• Understanding of construction administrative work is preferred.  
• Capable of working with a variety of people in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
• Able to multi-task, work efficiently both independently and collaboratively, and learn and adapt quickly while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Well-organized and dedicated problem-solver.  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 365.
• Prior experience with accounting software is a plus.  

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Primarily an office environment with periodic visits to project sites.
