Well established printing company seeks Graphic designer / Color Specialist to add to our growing team of professionals.

Must have experience with Color correction, must have In Design experience & Photoshop expert in color correction.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to help manage creative projects, ensuring they meet clients’ requirements. Your role will be to take on designs during the final stages of development to ensure accuracy and prepare them for print or digital publication. To be successful in this position, you should combine strong creative and technical skills to format various images and illustrations. You should have an eye for detail and project management experience. Ultimately, you will ensure our print and digital designs meet high quality standards.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER/COLOR SPECIALIST -- Makes color corrections to match client specification. Digital designs and prepares art and copy layouts for material to be printed follows customer specifications, and other related job information. Operates computer and other equipment to complete job assignments by performing the following duties personally.

Makes color corrections based on client's master proof.

Job Requirements:

• Color knowledge a must
• Previous Experience In Printing Company a plus
• Experience with the Adobe Suite
• Pre - Press experience a plus
• Caldera experience a plus
• Must be Able to work in a FAST paced, High energy environment, meeting extremely tight deadlines
• Strong work ethic with organizational skills
• Responsibilities
• Create and send layouts to clients for approval to produce
• Follow brand and client guidelines in order to send correct layouts and reduce amount of revisions needed
• Review with product managers to define design requirements
• Review graphics, layouts and fonts before products are completed
• Finalize designs using image editing software
• Suggest and apply image improvements, like creating gradients and layers
• Manage prepress process for print files
• Follow deadlines to ensure timely publications
• Archive produced images and graphics
• Follow up with clients to ensure their requirements are met
• Keep up-to-date with trends in graphic design techniques and software
