This position will provide administrative document control support, assist with coordination, re-certification and submission of all certified programs (i.e. cGMP, Organic, Safety, etc.); knowledge of FDA regulations and DSHEA guidelines for dietary supplements a plus; perform review of product labels, product specifications and Certificates of Analysis for compliance with product requirements; assist with the origination, review and revision of SOP's, Product Specifications, Process Flow charts and statistical reports.
Qualifications / Skills Required ►Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Biochemistry, Biology or closely related discipline and/or 1-3 years experience in a food and/or dietary supplement, quality assurance, research & development or manufacturing environment or in a similar highly regulated industry.
