Growing tech start up with a focus in clinical research looking for a Document Specialist - Administrative Assistant to organize our facility’s functions. You will support day-to-day operations by managing documents, creating emails, and performing administrative tasks to ensure high-quality customer service for our clients. As an Document Specialist - Administrative Assistant, you will perform various tasks on a daily basis and you should be able to be very detailed oriented while multitasking and prioritizing. We expect you to handle sensitive information confidentially. If you are able to combine exceptional communication skills with the ability to perform detailed ‘behind the scenes’ tasks, we would like to meet you! Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our facility’s smooth operation by accurately completing administrative tasks in a timely manner.
