We are adding to our team an individual who will be providing onsite technical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Xerox multifunction devices and printers.

Job Functions:

• Respond timely to service tickets from users requiring assistance with equipment issues.
• Independently identify and diagnose problems.
• Implement solutions by replacing or repairing parts, test and adjust ensure full functionality of customer’s equipment.
• Maintain a vehicle part inventory.
• Document customer solutions and notes within ticketing system.
• Physically move equipment (copiers and printers), assembling, installing, configuring, and testing equipment, training end users on new equipment
• Establish and maintain friendly professional relationships with customers.
• Schedule time wisely pertaining to daily activities, keeping customer satisfaction the main priority.
• Complete Xerox computer-based training exercises.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Technical associate degree a plus but not required.
• Experience repairing electronic equipment or digital copiers a plus.
• Mechanical inclination and interest in solving problems and making things work.
• Self-starter with a sense of ownership over duties.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills and gets along well with people.

Pay Range: USD $40,000.00 - USD $60,000.00 /Yr.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
