    Who You Are:

    As the Supervisor, Radiology Imaging Administrative and Scheduling Staff, for Catholic Medical Center (CMC), you'll assist the Director of Imaging Services in organizing, planning, and managing the Administrative and Scheduling Department. Your responsibilities include patient registration, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining efficient patient flow within the department. You'll lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy in all interactions with patients, the public, and fellow team members.

    This position is a fully benefitted salaried position. Generally Monday through Friday, with occasional early/evening hours. Occasional overtime may be required.

    Leadership and Supervision:

    • Organize and direct registration and scheduling activities
    • Provide leadership and supervision to the technical aspects of the department

    • Utilize and train staff in the use of Order Tracking and Allscripts RIS
    • Optimize scheduling workflows
    • Ensure staff competency with relevant equipment and software

    Compliance and Budget Management:

    • Adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements
    • Develop and maintain policies and procedures to meet accreditation standards
    • Manage departmental budgets and resources effectively


    What You’ll Bring

    • Associate's degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Minimum of 3 years of healthcare-related experience required, with medical supervisory experience being a plus
    • Well-developed knowledge of computer systems and software applications
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
    • Commitment to quality improvement and patient-centered care
