Being a Document Imaging Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Expected pay for this position is $43.89 - $57.45/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Supervisor of Medical Imaging Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Medical Imaging Department which may include: Diagnostic Radiology, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Mammography, Bone Density, Echocardiography, and Radiology Support, as applicable to each facility. The Supervisor will work to provide an exemplary patient experience, delivery of high-quality services and compliance with regulatory requirements.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Associate’s degree
Experience:
- 3 years experience in a medical imaging modality
Licensure/ Certification:
- Radiology registration or Medical Sonographer registration issued by ARRT or Nuclear Medicine, Radiology, or Radiation Therapy license issued by IEMA
- BLS Certification through American Heart Association
Other Skills/ Knowledge:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.

- Bachelor's degree
Experience:
- 5 years experience in a medical imaging modality
Licensure/ Certification:
- Completion of formal radiologic technology training in an AMA approved school
