Document Imaging Supervisor oversees personnel responsible for operating document imaging equipment for use in the creation of images or text. Document Imaging Supervisor, a level I supervisor is considered a working supervisor with little authority for personnel actions. Being a Document Imaging Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Job Summary:
Answer phones, greet visitors and staff, relay messages and data entry. Be front line communication for potential customers and employees. Issue and control production documents, assist in generating weld maps and/or matrices. Work with various departments at the local level and corporate.

Minimum Requirements:
High School education or GED required.
Essential Mental Functions:
Requires sitting for prolonged periods. Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office machines such as computer, photocopier, calculator, etc. Requires vision correctable to within normal range for designing, spreadsheets, etc. Requires ability to give and receive communication to different levels of the organization.
