Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. The successful candidate will assist in the team efforts of a busy Quality Fulfillment Services department. The successful candidate must demonstrate the capacity to consistently detect, communicate, and/or repair data or production quality variations in tandem with the ability to read, identify and match names and/or other personalized data across multiple materials. Team and individual metrics are based in the endeavor to eliminate all errors from leaving the building.
