Document Security Administrator administers and maintains a system of classified and unclassified company documents according to the record control policies and procedures for the secure management and access of company information assets. Classifies and files new documents following the established process. Being a Document Security Administrator fulfills document requests from authorized users and tracks the retrieval and disposition of documents. May prepare records for archiving, participate in audits, or assist in the destruction of records. Additionally, Document Security Administrator requires a high school diploma. May require security clearance. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Document Security Administrator works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Physical Security Systems Administrator
As the Physical Security Systems Administrator, you will assist the Solution Engineer with all aspects and phases of physical security system solution services in assigned territory. Serves as a subject matter expert regarding video surveillance, physical access control, intrusion detection systems, and other physical security technology applications. Promotes, creates awareness of, and provides training to security management and sales staff regarding security systems solution services. Collaborates on security system design issues with clients, vendors, and colleagues. Ensures strong customer service by managing expectations, executing on commitments, and providing support throughout the client relationship cycle.

Education/Experience: A minimum of an associate degree in information technology IT, Computer Science or
related field is preferred, and progressively responsible physical security systems experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. Preferred qualifications are I-Star Panel experience, PSP certification; experience/certification with AMAG, CCURE, Avigilon, Axis and/or Milestone; experience with video analytics; and experience with remote video monitoring solutions.
