Responsibilities:
· Serve as receptionist, greeting visitors, and answering company business phone
· Order office supplies
· Provide clerical support to office staff such as filing, data entry, and document organization
· Talent acquisition utilizing Indeed
· Utilizing QuickBooks, invoice clients regularly and post payments.
· Onboard new hires with multiple company systems.
· Maintain legally compliant company rosters with State Agencies.
Requirements:
· Proficient in MS Office required.
· QuickBooks, Google programs & Indeed (highly preferred)
· Basic knowledge of Human Resources helpful
· Excellent time management, organizational skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
· Ability to maintain the integrity of confidential data
· Self-Starter and self sufficient
Education:
Minimum high School diploma or GED required
1 year experience in an administrative or assistant capacity
HR Training or Experience preferred.
