Document Security Administrator administers and maintains a system of classified and unclassified company documents according to the record control policies and procedures for the secure management and access of company information assets. Classifies and files new documents following the established process. Being a Document Security Administrator fulfills document requests from authorized users and tracks the retrieval and disposition of documents. May prepare records for archiving, participate in audits, or assist in the destruction of records. Additionally, Document Security Administrator requires a high school diploma. May require security clearance. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Document Security Administrator works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. This position is responsible for training operators on quality aspects, documenting processes and procedures for new products, working on quality and training issues for the molding area, creating in process inspection plans based on customer requirements, creating certification of compliance forms, providing breaks to operators and working on other duties as required to meet departmental expectations. This position will also be responsible for ensuring that all documentation is filed in the appropriate location. Job Shadowing and Hands on Training would be provided from Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality Departments. This person would be trained under our ISO 9001:2000 compliance training program. Must have strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must be able to demonstrate basic math skills and must have above average verbal and written communication skills.
