We are seeking a skilled Document Drafting Adminstrator to work *remotely* and join our team. As a Document Drafting Admin, you will be responsible for drafting, revising, and managing various company documents and customer-facing proposals.

Our busy construction company has two document drafting administrators and is looking for a 3rd person to help as the Company expands. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and drafting skills. Supporting Estimators is one of the main tasks, helping them by drafting proposals for customers based on a system of templates and keywords used by the estimators in their proposal requests. Timely turn around of documents to customers is greatly appreciated.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and edit documents, proposals, invoices and contracts - based on a system of templates we use
- Review and analyze documents to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with project managers to gather necessary information for document creation
- Maintain accurate records of all documents and contracts using our document management system
- Working together with existing administrators that also do the same drafting work, both for initial training, and then continuing ongoing, working supportively alongside.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Strong knowledge of drafting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using document management systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experienced in creating finalized documentation, based on templates
- Strong written communication skills
- Candidate must have good knowledge and familiarity with the NYC area and its neighborhoods
- This is a REMOTE position, but requires working in an environment conducive to giving the job 100% attention with little distraction.
- At least 2-5 years of experience working in a position with similar job requirements.
