Essential Functions (include but not limited to): Serve as the primary signatory for all new hire and renewal airport access badge applications and manage the process from initial application submission, background check clearance, scheduling airport required training, to final issuance of an airport access badge (SIDA badge). Communicate in a clear and professional manner badge holder responsibilities and protocols for all security professionals working with our company at the airport, explain and outline the airport badging process and required steps and expected timeline to all new hire candidates. Maintain accurate records; badges issued, expiration dates while following all airport credentialing policies and procedures. Work with the recruiting and training department to clear and schedule all new hire candidates for company orientation, Aviation Security classroom and on the job field training.

Mathematical Skills: Moderate level mathematical reasoning. The ability to analyze data and review documentation for errors in entry or tabulation.
Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Skilled in writing grammatically correct industry specific technical content suitable for report writing, legal documentation, and employee notifications. A proactive thinker with an outgoing personality who is comfortable speaking in front of groups and interacting with company colleagues and employees.
