This dual-role position requires a proactive individual who is adept at multitasking, with a strong technical background in software systems administration and excellent organizational skills to manage office duties efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Systems Administration:
- Install, configure, and maintain various software systems for the company.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure best use of all systems with new updates.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of our security technology solutions at client sites, as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors and external IT support for the resolution of complex issues.
Office Assistance:
- Serve as the first point of contact for office visitors and manage reception duties, including answering phones, directing calls, and providing general support to visitors.
- Assist with office management tasks, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining office equipment.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, logistics, and catering as needed.
- Support HR tasks, such as maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment efforts, and onboarding new hires.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience in software management and computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Systems Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
- Familiarity with various operating systems (e.g., Google Workspace, RingCentral, CRM, and other software systems) and database management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with team members and clients professionally.
- Ability to lift and move hardware equipment as necessary.
